How UX, UI, and E-Commerce Design Transformed a VR Brand

The Challenge
CGRIP VR relied entirely on Etsy and TikTok Shop for sales, limiting brand control and credibility. Without a dedicated website, potential buyers had no central hub to learn about the product, compare features, or purchase directly with confidence.
The Solution
I designed and developed a custom e-commerce website to give CGRIP full control over its sales and branding. Through user research, UI design, and clear product presentation, the new site delivers a fast, trustworthy shopping experience optimized for conversions and SEO.

My Role in the Project
I collaborated with the academy owner to understand his business goals, target audience, and brand identity. My approach combined UX research, website design, and SEO to deliver a digital presence that would attract new students and build trust.

What I Learned
This project was more than just building an e-commerce site. It was about helping a creator turn his passion into a sustainable business.
Working closely with Jonas, the founder of CGRIP VR, gave me the chance to understand not only his product but the mindset behind it. Through each phase, from research and design to development, I saw how much this brand meant to him and how thoughtful design could help bring that vision to life.
The true success of this project was not only in launching a functional store but in giving Jonas the confidence and control to grow his brand independently. Knowing that the site now helps him share his work with a wider audience was incredibly rewarding. It reminded me that design and development are not just technical skills but ways to empower people to reach their goals and build something lasting.
